Advisory Services

We are able to offer consultations in the following languages:

Albanian, Bosnian, English, French, German, Italian, Croatian, Portuguese, Serbian, Spanish, Tamil & Turkish. 


What can we do for you ?
• Information and advice on (almost) all aspects of life – and where possible in your own language.
• Administrative assistance, such as filling out forms, reading and writing letters etc.
• Assistance with issues involving local authorities.
• Information on study, education and learning German.
• Refer you to or assist you with other agencies and services when necessary.

We are under obligation to maintain confidentiality.

Tax Returns

We are pleased to complete your tax returns.

Please contact the Welcome Desk for an appointment.

If your annual income exceeds CHF 100`000- or you own property, we will refer you to: Zug Association of Tax Accountants - these experts will better assist those more complicated tax returns.

Single persons/Pensioners CHF 80.—
Single pensioners CHF 60.—
Persons with EL and social assistance CHF 60.—
Apprentices CHF 40.—

Fees

(The annual fee of CHF 10.- entitles you to use our information and advisory services free of charge for the duration of one full year.)

Written work
Simple letter CHF 10.— to 30.—
Appeals, claims, detailed and complicated work is charged according to the required time


Translations 

(Depending on available resources) Minimum CHF 40.—
