By Public Transport

You can reach PH Zug easily by public transport. Approximate travel time by train from other Swiss Cities / Zurich Airport to Zug main station:

• Arth-Goldau: 20 minutes
• Basel: 1 hour 40 minutes
• Bern: 1 hour 40 minutes
• Geneva: 3 hours 15 minutes
• Luzern: 30 minutes
• St. Gallen: 2 hours
• Zurich Main Station: 30 minutes
• Zurich Airport: 45 minutes

At Zug main station, take bus no. 11, direction «Schönegg (Zugerberg)», which departs from bus stop «Metalli/Bahnhof». You can buy a ticket at a machine at the bus stop or from the driver. It takes about 7 or 8 minutes to get to the PH Zug. Get off at station «St. Michael». From there it is an uphill walk of about 50 m, you will see the campus next to a huge church at the other side of the road.

By Car

From Zurich:
Take Autobahn A4 toward Gotthard/Luzern/Zug, exit at «Cham Nord» and follow directions towards Zug/Walchwil. Drive through Zug towards Arth/Gotthard. Just when you are about to leave the old town you will see the Casino Zug at your right hand side. To get to the PH Zug turn left at the Casino into Zugerbergstrasse. Follow this street for about 250 m. The PH Zug is just behind St. Michael’s church to your left. Parking is available at several parking spots in the area (see Site Plan PH Zug).

By Airplane

SWISS and other international airlines connect Zurich and Geneva with most international destinations often several times a day. PH Zug can be easily reached from Zurich Airport within 60 minutes by one of the 70 daily direct trains. Take a train towards Zug/Luzern and get off at Zug.

When leaving Zug you can check-in for your flight at Zug railway station, at the «Reisezentrum Zug» (Zug Travel Center).
