Information about employment law in Zug

In comparison with most of its European neighbours, Switzerland’s employment law is very liberal. There are comparatively few compulsory regulations with regard to the content, and particularly the termination, of employment relationships. Furthermore, Swiss employment law is considerably more sympathetic to employers with regard to employee inventions and the development of commercial designs and models.

Nowhere else in the world are fewer working days lost because of industrial disputes than in Switzerland.
