Organisation

Since its foundation in the year 2002, the Kantonsschule Menzingen KSM has dedicated itself to maintaining a high level of quality and development throughout the school.

This includes the development of scientifically approved concepts, staff evaluations with a focus on personal development, regular opportunities for further education as well as internal and external evaluations and measures for improvement. The aim of this extensive quality management is to comply with the central idea of the KSM: the systematic improvement of all main areas of the school (organisation, teaching and personal development).

This focus on quality has certainly paid off. Every single graduate of the KSM has rated the school as »good« or »very good«.
